What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your order. We also record which pages and products are viewed on this site.
Visitor data
We do not store raw IP addresses. Visitor IP addresses are hashed with a secret salt before being saved, which lets us count visitors without identifying anyone.
Payment data
We do not take card details and we do not store any. A bank transfer happens entirely inside your own bank; we see only the receipt you choose to send us.
Who we share it with
Our delivery partner receives your name, phone number, and address. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Omani accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
