Return window
You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Replace this number with your real policy.
Condition
The item must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories and packaging.
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the return and arrange collection.
Refunds
Bank transfer orders are refunded to the account the money came from. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you give us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
What cannot be returned
Items damaged by use or installation, and any item missing its original packaging.
